Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:
CANCELLATION - If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact your hair stylist at least TWO DAYS prior to your scheduled appointment. If you call to cancel your apppointment on the same day as your appointment, a $40.00 Cancellation Fee is assessed. The Fee will be due on the next scheduled date of service. An appointment rescheduled for the SAME DAY or within the SAME WEEK is NOT considered a cancellation. NO SHOW - If you have a scheduled appointment and DO NOT SHOW, a $40.00 NO SHOW FEE will be assessed. These fees will be WAIVED if you reschedule the missed appointment WITHIN the week that you had a NO SHOW!! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, like wise I will endeavor to run on time to the best of my ability. Thank you!!! Your loyalty is greatly appreciated.
